I found the site easy to get around, at least for me. The pages loaded fine and I was able to find the product info without clicking around too much. I did feel like a few sections were a little slow on mobile, though maybe that could’ve been my connection. Overall, it was a good experience.

The whisky itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. I actually opened it while making dinner, then got distracted because my dog decided the delivery box was his new bed, so that was a whole thing. But yeah, the customer service part was slow. I had a simple question about shipping and it felt like I was waiting ages for a real answer. When they did reply, it kind of sounded copy-and-pasted and didn’t really clear anything up. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a bit frustrating
